I really don’t see what Connor haters (clowns) mean when they say he has no emotions and is boring. Dude has been killing people since he was a young teen, attempted to break into a strangers house, broke said strangers furniture, told some crusty white men they’re racist, saved a man from falling to his death, saved a damsel in distress, was ready to fight anyone and everyone, decided to essentially go to war with templars in the span of five minutes, and basically became a ship captain before the age of 19. All this before he was in his 20s.
There is still hope. Say it out loud. Palestine will be free. The Palestinian people will celebrate their culture and heritage with each other. We will love and be loved. Do not fall into the trap of despair.
I’m not saying this just for morale. I’m saying this as a reminder that the colonialist regime relies on your despair, uses it to further their propaganda. Once you lose hope, and tell everyone you lose hope, you are aiding the Zionist Entity.
Make it a point that you BELIEVE that Palestine will be free even in the face of genocide. Hope can halt genocide. Do not aid our oppressors.
If you believe that a man being marginalised somehow makes him more empathetic to the suffering of women or less likely to be misogynistic out of some kind of understanding I’m sorry you are wroooong wrongwrongwrong. Men will theorise, organise, write ten books about the oppression relevant to them but then act stupid when you bring up how they oppress women in the same way they were just complaining about.
It has been hard for me to talk about how what is going on with Israel and Palestine is affecting me personally, but I grew up in Gaza and most of my family still lives there. My father did not survive the bombings last week and I have not been able to contact my younger sister in days. I am try to being understanding that most people do not have personal connections to what is happening and therefore are justifying their silence, but is heartbreaking to see this misinformation being spread. What’s happening there is a genocide, not a war. It is not antisemitic to support Palestine, it’s not even antiemetic to criticise Israel. There is no grey area or neutrality regarding this, and it is so easy to find resources that will educate you on the subject. It is my people and my home being destroyed so I will never be silent about this, but I please urge everyone to get informed and start speaking up and finding ways they can help.
